We ship within 1 - 3 days except weekends and holidays unless stated otherwise.
Shipping usually takes about 4 - 10 workdays to the USA, and about 2 - 4 weeks to everywhere else.
Once your order is in transit, it is the responsibility of USPS to get it delivered to you. If you do not receive your order once it is in USPS’s possession, you will need to file a claim on the 8th day after shipping with USPS using the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims

Through our own missing packages we have learned that USPS can GPS track the delivery location of your package. Your first point of contact is your USPS mailman, your local USPS office and your local USPS Post Master.
The US Post Master General is: Louis DeJoy 1-800-ASK-USPS: Postal call center employees can answer most questions. They also can contact Postal officials nationwide electronically and immediately refer your issue to the appropriate local Postal manager who is in the best position to deal with your concerns.
